Today (20 Sep 2024), Mr. Atthaphon Charoenchansa, Director-General of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, revealed progress in resolving land ownership issues by villagers living and farming in conservation forest areas. They are currently surveying the ownership of residential areas under the National Parks Act B.E. 2562, Section 64, and the Wildlife Conservation and Protection Act B.E. 2562, Section 121 (national parks, wildlife sanctuaries, and wildlife hunting prohibition areas) to be in accordance with the regulations.
